The Cycle Breaker’s Diary

\

Raw, honest writing on healing generational trauma, reclaiming identity, and becoming the parent—and person—you needed. Through memoir, cultural commentary, and thoughtful analysis, this is a space to name what hurt, honor what shaped us, and choose what comes next.

A diary for breaking what was passed down

I’m a cycle-breaker, author, and advocate writing from the crossroads of motherhood, healing, and mixed identity. Here, I explore the mother wound, father wound, emotional neglect, abuse recovery, and the complicated work of re-mothering myself while raising a child in a new world.

This is not a space for neat endings or performative positivity. It is for women, men, fathers, mothers, daughters, sons, and mixed-identity people who want language for their experiences, room for their stories, and encouragement to grow without abandoning themselves.

Notes from the healing journey

Read personal essays, reflections, and cultural commentary that make space for the truths we were taught to minimize. From unpacking inherited family patterns to building a more empowered life, each post is an invitation to feel seen, think deeply, and keep moving forward.

Stories can become a resource

Healing can feel lonely, but you do not have to navigate it without words, tools, or connection. Explore resources for your journey, discover my books, and connect with a community committed to ending harmful cycles with honesty and care.
